1. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay upon delivery.

After you place an order, here's what happens:

Confirmation Call

Our team will call you to verify your order details, delivery address, and confirm your purchase. This usually happens within 24 hours of placing the order.

Packing & Dispatch

Once confirmed, your order is carefully packed and handed to our courier partner. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

Tracking Information

You'll receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery times vary by location. Below are estimated timeframes from the date of dispatch:

The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery region and product type. You'll be notified of your courier and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery. Here's how it works:

You pay the full order amount directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not always carry change.

No financial information is required online — you pay only after receiving and inspecting your order.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If you're not available at the time of delivery:

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

After unsuccessful attempts, the parcel may be held at a nearby pickup point for a limited period. You'll receive a notification with pickup details.

If the parcel is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us. Please contact our support team to rearrange delivery.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Inspect the contents before signing for delivery where possible.

Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for any items damaged during transit.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following:

We currently ship to most European countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, delivery is not yet available for your region.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or freight forwarding addresses.

Certain oversized or heavy items may have specific shipping conditions. These will be noted on the product page.
